1. Acceptance of terms

By installing, accessing, or using Wuboo (the "Service"), including the Wuboo web app and browser extension, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. What the Service does

Wuboo helps you get more out of AI. You choose from a catalog of named rules, and when enabled, Wuboo automatically detects which rules fit a message you are about to send on a supported AI chat site, then adds them to that message before it sends. Wuboo is an independent tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, or any other AI provider.

3. Accounts and usage limits

You need a Wuboo account to use the Service. Free accounts include a set number of rule-detection requests each calendar month, shown in your account and reset on the 1st. We may change these limits, or offer paid plans, at any time.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service in violation of any applicable law, or the terms of the AI services you use it with;
• attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the Service, including circumventing usage limits;
• use the Service to generate or distribute unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

5. Your content

You are responsible for the prompts you write and the outputs you receive from any AI tool while using Wuboo. Prompt text you send is processed by Anthropic's API, as described in our Privacy Policy, solely to detect which rules apply.

6. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every website, browser, or AI provider.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wuboo and its creators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

8. Third-party services

The Service works alongside third-party AI platforms and infrastructure providers, including Anthropic, Google, and the AI chat sites you use, that have their own terms and policies. Your use of those platforms is governed by their agreements, not these Terms.

9. Changes to the Service and these terms

We may modify or discontinue the Service, and update these Terms, at any time. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
